Your animation team.
Your clients never
need to know.
Mambo Studio is a white-label animation studio built for agencies and production companies. We produce motion graphics, educational video, animated series, and AI animation — fully under your brand, protected by NDA, operating in US timezone from Cali, Colombia.
We build it.
You present it.
Your name on it.
White-label animation means your agency brings in an external studio to produce the animation work — but the studio operates completely in the background. Your client sees only you. The files, the communication, the deliverables — everything carries your brand, not ours.
This model lets agencies offer full animation production capacity without maintaining an in-house animation team. You scale up or down by project, take on more complex work, and grow your offering without growing your overhead.
Mambo Studio has been the invisible animation team behind dozens of US agencies and production companies since 2013. We know how to disappear — and how to make you look exceptional in the process.
From brief to delivery.
No surprises.
Brief
You share the creative brief, references, and client constraints. We ask the questions that prevent revision cycles later. Most briefs are resolved in a single 30-minute call or async doc exchange.
Concept
We develop styleframes and a visual approach that match the aesthetic you need. You review and approve before a single frame of animation is produced. No surprises in the final.
Production
Animation is produced to the approved concept. We work within your tools — Frame.io, Google Drive, Slack, your PM system. Deliverables carry your naming conventions and folder structure.
Delivery
Clean final files, export formats per spec, and revision rounds included. You review and present to your client. Mambo Studio is never in the room — the work is yours to take forward.
1,200 videos.
Six months.
One launch.
When production agency CreatorUp needed a white-label animation team to power the launch of McGraw Hill's Sharpen educational platform, they brought in Mambo Studio. We built a production pipeline capable of delivering approximately 30 animated educational videos per day — fully white-label, on deadline, at scale.

PRODUCTION COMPANY — US CLIENT"Fast, friendly, flexible, affordable — and they work within our same time zone. We've had nothing but positive feedback from clients. I couldn't ask for a better partner."
CREATIVE AGENCY — US CLIENT"Mambo understands that in white-label work, the most important thing is that the end client never sees the seam. They get it instinctively."

Questions agencies ask us.
Everything you need to know about working with Mambo Studio as your white-label animation partner.
White-label animation means a production studio creates animation on behalf of an agency — but the work is delivered without any attribution to the studio that produced it. Your agency presents the work as its own. Mambo Studio specializes in this model: we are the invisible production team behind many US agencies and production companies.
We sign NDAs on all white-label engagements as standard practice. We never publicly show, share, or discuss white-label work without explicit written permission. We don't credit ourselves in delivered files, metadata, or any client-facing communication. Your client relationship stays yours — entirely.
Yes — we adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. We work with your file naming conventions, project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion), revision platforms (Frame.io, Vimeo Review), and communication channels (Slack, email). Many agencies treat us as an embedded team they activate project by project.
We produce motion graphics, 2D character animation, educational and instructional video, mixed media (live action + animation overlay), cutout animation, animated series, and AI-assisted animation. We have no house style — we match the visual language each project requires, which is essential for authentic white-label work.
A 90-second motion graphics video typically takes 2–4 weeks from brief to final delivery, depending on complexity and revision cycles. Rush timelines are available. For high-volume or ongoing engagements, we build dedicated production pipelines that compress turnaround significantly. Our McGraw Hill engagement ran at approximately 30 videos per day.
Yes. We operate from Cali, Colombia, at ET−2 (Eastern Time minus 2 hours), with full overlap across the US Eastern business day. You can reach us in the morning and get same-day responses. This is one of the key advantages of working with a Latin American studio at this quality level — real timezone alignment, not offshore communication lag.
Pricing depends on animation style, length, complexity, and volume. Mambo Studio operates at Latin American production rates — significantly below comparable US or European studios — while delivering award-winning quality. We offer project-based pricing and retainer agreements for agencies with ongoing volume. Contact us for a specific estimate.
